🛒 ORDERING
How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, select your favorite flavors, add them to your cart and checkout. It's that easy! Don't forget — orders over $35 get FREE shipping. 🔥
Can I mix and match flavors in a bundle? Absolutely! Our 3 Pack and 6 Pack bundles let you choose any combination of flavors from our lineup. Mix and match to find your favorites.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that your order has likely already been packed and shipped. Email us immediately at support@smokymountainspread.com if you need to make changes.

Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states via USPS Ground Advantage from Knoxville TN.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is $5.99 flat rate on orders under $35. Orders over $35 ship FREE. 🔥
How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
- Southeast: 2-4 business days
- Midwest: 3-5 business days
- Northeast: 4-6 business days
- West Coast: 5-7 business days
Will I get a tracking number? Yes! Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet — but we're working on it! We currently ship to all 50 US states only.

What is Smoky Mountain Spread? Smoky Mountain Spread is a bold peppery spread made specifically for BBQ. Use it as a glaze on the smoker, a spread on crackers, or a dip alongside your finished BBQ. It's The BBQ Boost your cookouts have been missing. 🏔️🌶️
How is it different from regular pepper jelly? Most pepper jellies are made for crackers and cream cheese. Smoky Mountain Spread was built specifically for the smoker and the grill. The flavor profile, the consistency, and the caramelization are all optimized for BBQ. This is pepper jelly for pitmasters. 🔥
How do I use it as a BBQ glaze? Brush it directly onto your meat during the last 30 minutes of your smoke. The natural sugars caramelize beautifully creating an incredible sticky bark that will have everyone asking what your secret is.
What meats does it work best on? All of them! 🔥 Here are our top recommendations:

How hot is it? We have something for everyone! From our Mild Pepper Spread with no heat to our Red Hot Spread and Habanero varieties that bring serious fire. Check each product description for heat level details. 🌶️
How long does it last? Each jar has a best by date printed on the label. Once opened we recommend refrigerating and using within 4-6 weeks for best flavor.
Does it need to be refrigerated? Unopened jars can be stored at room temperature in a cool dry place. Once opened refrigerate and use within 4-6 weeks.
What size are the jars? Each jar is 10oz net weight — plenty of The BBQ Boost for multiple cooks! 🫙
💰 RETURNS & REFUNDS
What if my order arrives damaged? Contact us within 7 days at support@smokymountainspread.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. 🔥
What if I receive the wrong items? Contact us within 7 days at support@smokymountainspread.com and we'll correct it immediately at no cost to you.
Can I return my order? Due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot accept returns on opened items. If you're unhappy for any reason please reach out — we'll always work with you to find a solution.
