We stand behind every jar of Smoky Mountain Spread 100%. Your satisfaction is our priority and we want every customer to love The BBQ Boost as much as we do. 🏔️🌶️

Our Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your order we want to make it right. Period.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@smokymountainspread.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. 🔥

Wrong Items If you receive the wrong items please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@smokymountainspread.com with your order number and we will correct it immediately at no cost to you.

Returns Due to the perishable nature of our food products we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been packed and shipped it cannot be cancelled. Please email support@smokymountainspread.com immediately if you need to cancel.
