Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage from Knoxville TN.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us immediately at support@smokymountainspread.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will make it right. 🔥

- We currently ship to all 50 US states. (Shipping’s rates will vary for Hawaii & Alaska)
- We do not ship internationally at this time
